Part-Time Contract Commercial Interior Designer
This position is on a when and as needed basis to assist our staff interior designers when their work load and client requirements necessitate additional resources. We see this person as a university graduate with a degree in Interior Design and at least 3 to 5 years experience in the field. You are proficient in AutoCAD and are comfortable working with the Ontario Building Code. You will work from your home office and liaise with our in-house staff on specific projects and are comfortable with working towards realistic deadlines. You will be compensated on an hourly basis, project by project. Full-Time Business Development Manager
To ensure our growth, we are in need of an individual to assist the principals in developing new business. More than a sales position, this individual will be an integral part of our client development and retention efforts. We require an individual that realizes that the next sale is not necessarily the best sale and that developing long-term relationships is the true key to success. You see yourself as a client advocate and have knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for all facets of commercial interiors – design, construction and furnishings. This position combines commission, base salary and a car allowance to create an attractive and lucrative opportunity for the right individual.
